These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern your access to and use of the 677win platform, including all associated websites, mobile interfaces, content, tools and services operated under the brand name 677win (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing any part of the Platform or placing any wager, you ("User", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including any additional policies referenced herein, such as the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. 677win reserves the right to deny access to any user at its sole discretion.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is lawfully permitted, and you have independently verified this before registering.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. Users are solely responsible for determining whether their jurisdiction is prohibited.
• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or otherwise subject to sanctions that would render your use of the Platform unlawful.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or closed by 677win for a breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee or representative of any third party.
• You are of sound mind and are not currently under any self-exclusion agreement with the Platform or any connected operator network.

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address or mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

677win operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed, withdrawal functionality may be restricted or withheld entirely. KYC documents typically include:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., a Pakistani CNIC or a current passport).
• Proof of residential address, where required by the operator's compliance obligations.
• A selfie or liveness check confirming the Account holder matches the submitted ID.
• Payment method verification confirming the deposit instrument belongs to the Account holder.

All KYC documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's official secure HTTPS verification portal. You must never alter, obscure or falsify any document submitted to 677win. Submission of false or fraudulent documentation constitutes a criminal offence and will result in immediate account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all Accounts may be suspended, bonuses cancelled and balances forfeited pending investigation.

Subject to these Terms, 677win grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You agree that you will at all times:

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and all Applicable Law.
• Ensure that your login credentials remain confidential and are not shared with any third party.
• Notify 677win immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.
• Not attempt to circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with any security or access-control features of the Platform.
• Not use the Platform in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the server infrastructure or other users' enjoyment of the Platform.

The Platform and all its content — including software, graphics, text, trademarks and data feeds — are the exclusive property of 677win or its licensors. No content may be reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without prior written consent from 677win.

All funds deposited into your Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 677win reserves the right to return deposited funds to the originating payment source and to require re-verification if a third-party origin is suspected.

Payment method names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced on this Platform only as familiar local payment context for Pakistani users. Their mention does not represent an endorsement, affiliation or guarantee of availability. Actual deposit and withdrawal methods, limits and processing times depend entirely on the operator's current offering and may vary without notice.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are set by the operator at its discretion.
• Processing times are indicative only and may be extended for additional verification checks.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be met before those funds become withdrawable.

All bonuses, promotional offers and rewards offered by 677win — including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback and VIP tier benefits — are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of each offer. General conditions include:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 credit requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal. Exact multipliers are stated per promotion.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the validity window stated in each promotion. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the Account balance.
• Game Contributions: Different game types may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Live casino games and certain slots may contribute less than standard sportsbook bets. Full contribution tables are published per promotion.
• Abuse Prevention: 677win reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold associated winnings if it determines that bonus abuse — including multi-accounting, collusion or systematic exploitation of promotional terms — has occurred.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held in an Account simultaneously. Opting into a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the prior bonus.

All bonus amounts shown in promotional materials are illustrative. 677win reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each market, sport or game type. Users are responsible for understanding the applicable rules before placing any wager.

• Acceptance of Bets: 677win reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where technical errors, pricing anomalies or suspicious betting patterns are detected.
• Obvious Errors: Bets accepted due to pricing errors, system malfunctions or clearly erroneous odds may be voided. 677win will not honour winnings derived from manifest errors.
• Results & Settlements: Match results and event outcomes are determined by reference to official regulatory or governing body announcements. 677win's settlement decisions are final subject to the formal dispute process.
• Live Betting: In-play markets are subject to delays and automatic suspension. Bets placed during a suspension period may be voided at 677win's discretion.
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed at the time of bet placement. These limits may be adjusted for individual Users at 677win's discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement:

• Opening, operating or using multiple Accounts to exploit bonuses or circumvent Account restrictions.
• Colluding with other users to guarantee outcomes or manipulate markets.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing anomalies or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering or depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from any part of the Platform.
• Attempting to access another user's Account without authorisation.
• Communicating threats, harassment or offensive content through any Platform channel.

All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform — including but not limited to software, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and their arrangement — are owned by or licensed to 677win and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited licence to view and use the Platform content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 677win.

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, 677win, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages of any kind.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, data loss or security breaches beyond 677win's reasonable control.
• The accuracy, completeness or legality of third-party content linked to or referenced from the Platform.
• Any legal consequences resulting from a User's gambling activity in a jurisdiction where such activity is unlawful.

677win's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

677win reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A User is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• KYC documentation is insufficient, fraudulent or cannot be verified.
• Suspicious activity, money laundering concerns or fraud indicators are identified.
• A User requests self-exclusion under the Responsible Gambling Policy.
• A regulatory or law enforcement authority directs 677win to take such action.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the User, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the User's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any outstanding verification requirements.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting support. Account closure does not automatically fulfil any outstanding wagering requirements or activate self-exclusion.

If you wish to raise a complaint regarding any aspect of 677win's services, you should follow the process below:

1. Step 1 — Initial Contact: Contact 677win's customer support team via live chat or email, providing full details of your complaint, your Account username, the date and time of the issue, and any supporting evidence.
2. Step 2 — Investigation: 677win will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days. Complex matters may require additional time; you will be informed of any delay.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with 677win's response, you may escalate the complaint to the relevant Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body specified in the operator's license terms, where applicable.

Disputes relating to bet settlements must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event settlement. Disputes raised outside this window may not be accepted.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its primary gambling licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

677win does not claim to operate under Pakistani law, hold a Pakistani gambling licence or be subject to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts. Pakistani users access the Platform on the basis that they have independently satisfied themselves as to the legality of such access under Applicable Law. 677win does not provide legal advice and nothing in these Terms should be construed as such.

677win is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Users are encouraged to make use of the following tools and resources:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits to manage your spending.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds over defined time periods.
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts after specified periods of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications during a session showing time elapsed and net position.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform at any time by contacting support.
• Cool-Off Periods: Take a short break from gambling activity without full account closure.
